Industrial Park
Harmony’s Industrial Park is located on the north side of the city with direct access to U.S. Highway 52, only a short distance to downtown Harmony and MN Highway 139.
Financial assistance available! Past qualified buyers have paid reduced, and even as little as $0 for 1+acres with full city utilities and fiber internet in the Harmony Industrial Park.
1st Addition
Lots in the 1st Addition are shovel ready! Electric, city water, city sewer, and fiber optic internet are stubbed into each lot and services are designed to meet most industrial and commercial needs. 2nd Addition
